BURLESQUE BREW SHIPPING POLICY

At Burlesque Brew, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for all our customers, and that extends to our shipping services. Please read the following shipping policy for our eCommerce store, Burlesque Brew.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed, but please note this is not guaranteed.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping to a variety of locations. However, please note that some products may not be eligible for international shipment.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Burlesque Brew is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
Burlesque Brew is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
7. Wrong Address
The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address, please contact us at barista@burlesquebrew.net as soon as possible.
We will not be responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to an error in the address provided by the customer.
